Founder & Managing Director
Nikiwe Dube (Nikki Dube)
ND Management UK was founded by Nikiwe Dube, professionally known as Nikki Dube, an entertainment, media, public relations and talent management professional with more than 20 years of experience across broadcasting, music, television, artist development and strategic communications.
His career in entertainment and media began in Zimbabwe, including work as a newsreader with ZBC, before expanding into television and entertainment through MultiChoice. His media experience has included work around major entertainment properties such as the coverage for Idols South Africa, alongside broader involvement in television, talent and entertainment media.
Nikiwe has also worked across radio broadcasting, including presenting with Athlone Community Radio in Ireland and Hotmix 263 FM in Zimbabwe. His wider communications experience includes public relations campaigns, entertainment projects, pageants, brands, events and creative talent.
That cross-disciplinary experience now informs the direction of ND Management UK combining artist representation, public relations, media strategy, live opportunities and international partnerships to help African and international talent build sustainable careers and reach new audiences.
Through ND Management UK, Nikiwe's focus is on creating a professional bridge between African creativity and opportunities across Ireland, the United Kingdom and international markets.
